Station House Designs is a small, design-led practice based on the outskirts of Easingwold, North Yorkshire. The practice was set up in ?? by Martin Gallon, having worked for many larger practices in York and London. Accompanying Martin is Richard Goddard, who joined the practice in 2008.
As a small practice we pride ourselves on being able to offer a bespoke personal service covering Residential, Commercial, Community, Leisure and Tourism. Ranging from small extensions to large and complex community buildings, Station House Designs can work with the client through every stage of a project - Initial Designs and Concepts (starting from a blank canvas), Local Authority Planning Permission, Technical Design, Building Regulations and Working Drawing packages.
Where required Station House Designs can work with local Structural Engineers, Energy Consultants, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Wildlife and Archaeological Consultants, Noise Assessments, and other professional fields - to assist with design and provide the right design for the end user.
Working alongside other professional services Station House Designs can provide an efficient project management service for any project, no matter how small. We have a well-established working relationship with local Building Contractors and other Sub-contracted parties and can provide a well maintained management package, working typically under the most relevant JCT (Joint Contract Tribunal) Contract.
